The Creative Exchange program fosters a culture of curiosity, challenge, trust, and delight to promote innovation within organizations.

Through thought-provoking, mindful, and compassionate engagement, members of the organization are inspired to think creatively and approach challenges in new ways. The program encourages individuals to give themselves creative permission and think outside the box.

Participating in the Creative Exchange program enables organizations to design an environment that supports interdisciplinary collaboration and fosters innovative solutions for greater success.

As a principal artist and team member with DRAWEVERYWHERE, Anne collaborates with Google’s Quantum AI Labs to facilitate an exchange of ideas between scientists and artists. The program was designed by DRAWEVERYWHERE founder Forest Stearns together with Dr. Erik Lucero, Lead Engineer and Campus Site Lead of the Google Quantum AI Research Labs, and is intended to inspire creative thinking and foster a culture of innovation throughout the Quantum AI team.

The Artist in Residence program is designed to:

• Attract an audience both inside and outside the field of quantum research by creating an award-winning workplace environment
• Inspire contemplation and wonder in Google’s world-class quantum laboratory through bold, original artwork
• Collaborate directly with quantum scientists to illuminate their scientific achievements
• Activate a culture of innovation through ongoing creative exchanges and curated exhibitions.
